will come to the conclusion that the

Tomlinson then proceeded to instruct me

something to do with infiltrating political
party riding associations and imposing
your own view from within. I disagreed
with this "often tried" tactic as being a

ASK HERBIE
A QUESTION
"HEY | HERBIE, HOW DO INSIDERS DEAL WITH
TROUBLESOME WHISTLE at OWERS?*
ANSWER: PART ONE - (@art Two Continued
in issue No. 4)
INSIDERS are openly secret political societies
such as the Royal Institute on International
Affairs, the Council on Foreign Relations, the
Trilateral Commission, Club of Rome, Knights
of Malta, B'nai B'rith, Freemasons, A.D.L.,
Bildebergers, J.D.L., Round Tables and the
Olympians...etc. These secret societies
normally operate openly through transnational
corporations, tax-free charitable foundations,
insurance companies, government,
universities, banks and the national media.
These societies are often hundreds of years
old. They induct bright new recruits while in
o— collepes and universities. Their continutty
; depends on _ intelligence, secrecy and
obedience to the BROTHERHOOD.
New members must pledge their total
obedience, fortunes and sometimes, even their
life. Nothing is ever given to them for nothing.
In return all members-in-good-standing receive
anything they ever require in life, including
status, sex, Money, promotions and contracts.
Status jobs, wives, in-laws and relatives are
sometimes part of the deal.
Insiders are "THE ESTABLISHMENT’.
WHISTLE-BLOWERS may be insiders who
have defected, or outsiders who refuse to
cover-up crime or play-the-game.
The spouse is usually a first line of attack.
She/he will play on the individual's personal
responsibilities to them and to the children.
They will use persuasion followed by guilt-trip
psychology. If whistle-blowers fail to respona
they will be isolatec. Spouses are usually the
first to suggest a visit with a psychiatrist.
The employer is next. The whistle-blower
employer will also be “motivated” to pressure
and isolate a whistle-blower, ‘for the sake of
the company and his fellow employees”. If
threats don't work the employee will be
terminated. Layoffs are often used aS cover
for dismissals. A "quick visit’ to a psychiatrist
is also often recommended by the employer.
pe
Dear Preston, Se
I had a discussion recently with Harry about Shelley Ann Clark,
the woman who claims that, during her employment with the
Mulroney Government, she had some upper-level dealings with
the paperwork regarding the FTA (Canada-US. Free Trade
Agreement). She has now gone public, as I am sure you are
aware, with information regarding some alleged improprieties im
this regard.
When I spoke to Harry, he indicated that the feeling im your
office was that, without any substantiating evidence, Ms. Clark's
allegations were unfounded.
Ms. Clark has explained very clearly why she was unable to
come away from the situation with written information to back
up her claims. She is bringing forward claims that information
exists that could have extremely serious ramifications in Canada
with regard to its trade dealings with the United States. She
asks only that this issue be investigated, and cites many reasons
why there is good and just cause to seek out and examine the
“=.
paperwork in question.
My feeling is that we have no proof that Ms. Clark has lacked
integrity or been dishonest in the past. Here is a woman who _
loves and has served her country well, voicing, at great msk tO)
herself, some concerns over the handling of the trade
negotiations. I feel it is incumbent upon those who are in power
‘1 the Government to now order that the archives be opened and
the documentation in question scrutinized. After all, what could
Ms. Clark have to gain by lying? And what does Canada have
to lose if she is, in fact, telling the truth?
If the paperwork is brought out from the archives where it 1s
purportedly being stored, and examined by experts in trade law,
then the matter can be put to rest as to whether or not Ms.
Clark's allegations are true and her concems well-founded.
As your constituent, I would ask that you please request the
disinterment of these documents so that they may be examined
to ascertain the validity of Ms. Clark's allegations.
Yours truly,
Valerie Clark, Calgary, Alberta
1993 Election Campaign Office Manager
The police often play a role. They will often
recommend the whistle-blower hand over any
evidence and quickly “lose” it. High-ranking
police participate in politically motivated cover-
ups.
Relatives and the companies they own are
often targeted by tax collectors. This tactic Is
used to force the entire family into “circling the
wagons". Pressure is applied on all members
and the family is kept divided. A visit with a
psychiatrist is again suggested.
