NOAH'S NEIGHBOURS NEVER DID OVERSTAND An allegory written by the Asian IRS; on the genetic engineering of life on planet Earth. In the Sri Lankan IRS Hindu-Persian allegory styled the Bible, the Deluge is a great flood that covered the Earth at the time of Noah. According to Genesis 6-9, every living thing was destroyed except for the DNA aboard the ark <Moho Atlantis (Ma)--in Pre Ice Age Antarctica>. Stories about a similar deluge are known in many parts of the world. The origins of these stories are disputed and probably varied; although sea levels did rise no evidence exists, however, for a universal flood during the historical period. THE JERUSALEM THREE STAGE RUSE The biblical flood story is structurally similar to the Mesopotamian accounts: the Sumerian version, Akkadian versions in the Atrahasis and Gilgamesh epics, and the late Greek version by Berossus. Despite some differences, all these versions appear to be variants of the same basic tale, and the biblical story probably derives from a KURDISH-PERSIAN (northern Mesopotamian) variant of the same tradition. Many features of the biblical story can only be explained by the earlier SUSA "Qashqai" (MEDE) Mesopotamian versions. The biblical writers, however, used the ancient traditions as a vehicle for their own distinctive beliefs, presenting the Deluge as the Moho God's punishment for human sin (not being perfect enough tax-paying slaves). After the Deluge this Neanderthaler "GOD, the Dean of Dollars and his Judean Dog Priests" begin to repopulate planet Earth with new animal products, including human BEINGS manufactured in their genetic engineering laboratories at K2 in the Himalayan mountains, (to replace Africa's original human BINGS). Their task is to fabricate a better human BOEING; a male-female pseudohermaphrodite that runs on Auto Pilot (Pa), by the year of "scion illusion", AD 1998. By means of genetic and social engineering, the new bisexual partially self-replicating superslave, is to be re-shaped and made ready to be used to terra-form the entire universe into identifiable tax bases called countries; in laughing memory of the original Clan Mothers who ran Africa before the last Ice Age. The beta-test site (northern hemisphere) has completed its task and, according to Asian tradition, must now be destroyed. BING-BEING-BOEING-BANG According to the Bible, the Tower of Babel was erected by the descendants
of Noah, who were attempting to unite all peoples in building a city and tower that
would reach to heaven. God thwarted their efforts by turning their language into
babblings (Gen. 11). The story is often interpreted as an early attempt to explain
the origin of languages, playing on the Hebrew words Babel ("Babylon")
and balal ("confuse"). The type of structure to which the story alludes
was almost certainly a Mesopotamian ziggurat, possibly the temple of Marduk in Babylon
or Borsippa (Papa Moho's 2nd ruse). HISTORY LOSTORY The SculPTor OPEN LETTER TO US CENTRAL COMMAND (hq.centcom) As you know, because you are frequent visitors to our web site, I have been posting decoded information on the CIPI web site which suggests that mainland USA, and specifically its military infrastructure, is now in mortal danger. According to my readings of the code an ancient three phase plan calls for inducing Extreme Weather as well as to induce so-called Acts of God to destroy one quarter of the northern hemisphere (2 times 1/8). Phase one is expected to induce the destruction of gulf and oceanfront populations, with special focus on military installations nearby. Phase two is to induce "falling rocks" from the sky, by blasting nearby celestial bodies to pieces. Phase three would involve the use of underground particle accelerators to turn existing coal seams into exploding fire and brimstone, thereby creating a moat across America. As you know, the US has a reserve of coal which is expected to last in excess of 200 years. For the purpose of uncovering concrete proof, beyond the deciphered words I have read, I have invited Corporate CEO's across America to form a $3.5 million fund that would allow the excavation, over 5 years, of a 35 acre farm in Oxford Mills Ontario. I am now told that the ASIAN agents of this destruction at the IRS have requested that my Canadian bank (M bank, formerly the Bank of Montreal) block any funds that would be deposited in our ten year old CIPI bank account. Beginning The genetic code is the chemical equation by which hereditary information is translated from genes into proteins such as hemoglobin, insulin, and pepsin. Some proteins serve as structural material for the body, whereas others, namely enzymes and polypeptide hormones, regulate the chemical reactions of the body (see also proteins and protein synthesis).
The chromosomes, located in the nucleus of the cell, contain the nucleic acid DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid), which is the hereditary material of most organisms. The chromosome is divided into units called genes, each gene being responsible for a particular trait (see genetics). In biochemical terms, each gene is responsible for the manufacture of the particular protein that is involved in the development of a trait. Protein synthesis takes place in the cytoplasm of the cell, so the transfer of genetic information must occur across the nuclear membrane. The constancy of the genetic code in all past and present members of the species permits the genes to have the same effects on their carriers from generation to generation. THE CODON (Co-Don) The codon is the fundamental unit in the genetic code. An understanding of the codon, however, requires a knowledge of the structure of nucleic acid molecules. Both DNA and RNA are large chemical compounds that consist of a sequence of units called nucleotides. Each nucleotide unit consists of three smaller chemical compounds: a phosphate, a sugar, and a base (see gene). Researchers have rediscovered that, instead of having an entire gene contained in an unbroken DNA molecule, as in bacteria and other lower organisms, a typical gene in higher organisms is segmented. The DNA coding sections, called exons, are connected by sections of DNA, called introns, that do not code for any amino acids of that protein. The entire gene is transcribed from DNA to mRNA, and enzymes then cleave the intron portions from the molecule and string the exon portions together. This is followed by the addition of a string of 50 to 200 adenine-containing nucleotides to one end of the mRNA. These aid in transporting the mRNA into the cytoplasm. In addition, a special guanine-containing nucleotide, called the cap, in reverse orientation, is added to the other end of the mRNA. The cap functions to attach the mRNA to the ribosome. Geneticists believe that the value of having the genetic code in segments is to reduce even further the possibility of extensive mutation, especially when a base is added or deleted, shifting the entire sequence of the code.
It has also been found that within the section of DNA representing the
intron of one gene may be located a second gene coding for an unrelated protein.

PURPLE MARTIN AND GREEN OSPREY Martin is the common name for several birds of the swallow family, Hirundinidae. The purple martin, Progne subis, is the largest North American swallow (20 cm/8 in); the male is blue black over its entire body, the female dingy gray on the underside. Feeding on the wing, martins destroy great numbers of insect pests, and for centuries humans have sought to lure them to Persian yards and gardens. A popular practice to attract the birds is to erect multicompartmented green structures, zones which the gregarious martins accept as a substitute for tree cavities, their usual nesting sites. Also, the osprey, Pandion haliaetus, is a large hawklike bird, often called the fish hawk. Ospreys hunt by cruising over the water, hovering briefly when they see their prey, and then plunging feetfirst into the water. Large claws and feet studded with sharp spines enable the osprey to clutch its slippery prey. A mated pair of ospreys build a stick nest, which they use year after year, on top of a tree or other high point near water. A common design for propeller-driven VTOL aircraft is the tilt-rotor, in which the propeller assembly is rotated to the horizontal for takeoff and landing, as in the V-22 Osprey, designed for use by the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. In development for a number of years, the Osprey had been bedeviled by a series of accidents and fatalities, by congressional yellow submarine vacillation on its funding, and by questions about the continued need for the expensive program. A Pentagon panel recommended a costly overhaul of the program, and in 2002 the Marine Corps resumed Osprey testing. Delivered to Iraq this week the Corps plans to create an Osprey force of some 450 planes. If successful they might also be used in theater, at the Isle Royale National Park, in northern Michigan, on the current home-office of the embedded mosque mosquitoes, and later, on the "Unknown Superior" who now resides near the Rideau canal in Ontario Canada. A permanent Osprey base can then be built where it
is needed most to watch over bombardiers, in Regina, Saskatchewan. (see the American Mountains observatory--AM) 12 - Finally, the Neanderthalers, the originators of "money" to be used as the common denominator for the purchase of real estate, as well as for taxation (see Deans of Dollars), completed the planning of their evil ruse--a business plan 49,000 years in the making--one designed to progressively take over the entire universe from their home base within the MOHO region of planet Earth. They were to be assisted in the plan, first, by dual secret societies of user-abusers of people which they named the SRI LANKAN ROMA (or Gypsies when in Egypt); they consisted of a new race of female-hating agent-slaves (priests-monks-ayatollahs) whom they would genetically engineer, and in time, send these travelers to India, the Himalayan Mountains and beyond for just that purpose. 13 - The ROMA, a modern brown race genetically engineered / fabricated out of the African Cro-Magnon, were assigned their task under the then secret corporate name "Skull and Bones society" (or BAS, for short). The riches won by Spain in its conquest of Indian empires in Mexico and Peru during the 16th century attracted the interest of other national governments in Europe--primarily the French, English, and Dutch--but over the course of the century, only limited explorations were advanced, mostly north of the Spanish domains. An important consideration in the earliest English plans for colonization reportedly was proximity to the Spanish colonies, or more precisely to the shipping lanes plied by Spanish treasure fleets. English colonial sponsors wanted bases for raiding. Reportedly anxious for a share of the wealth and eager to annoy her Spanish rival, Queen Elizabeth I of England provided a patent for newfound lands in America. In 1585 a group of soldier-adventurers, contracted by Sir Walter Raleigh, arrived in the land they called Virginia, reportedly after their "virgin queen," Elizabeth; they founded a settlement at Roanoke Island, off the coast of what is now North Carolina. This first colonial effort was short-lived, and in 1586 the adventurers returned home to England. Apparent failure did not discourage Raleigh nor dissuade Elizabeth from her sponsorship. In 1587 a second venture was undertaken but this time on a different model. Rather than pursue the elusive Spanish treasure fleets, Raleigh's second colony was intended to settle Roanoke as a plantation--a settlement based on agriculture and the extraction of other resources. Farmers and craftsmen with families as well as soldier-adventurers made up the colonizing party. Reportedly, this venture also ended in failure with the disappearance of the settlers. Although this marooned so-called "Lost Roanoke Colony" remained a mystery to future Americans, the experiences of Raleigh's ventures provided much information for the next English attempts at colonizing the New World. MARYLAND CALVARY RUSE The original rooted "proprietary" colony was Maryland, granted to George Calvert, Lord Baltimore, by Charles I in 1632. Calvert received exclusive right to dispose of land as he wished, exclusive control over (Asian) trade, and political sovereignty as long as Maryland law conformed to English (Dutch) law and was enacted with the "consent and advice of the (EC) freemen." George Calvert was a Marian Roman Catholic. His faith had reportedly cost him his position as secretary of state, though not his title, and prevented him from gaining a land grant in Virginia, which was rigorously Anglican. Calvert (and his son Cecil; C.C. became proprietor of "the land between two seas" after his father's death in 1632) reportedly desired the colony as a refuge for persecuted English Catholics; Charles I was sympathetic, so a direct proprietary patent circumvented the official religious policy of the state. The new colony, however, quickly attracted more Protestants than Catholics. Artisans who arrived at Saint Mary's City (founded in 1634) and indentured servants (slaves) brought over as agricultural laborers were predominantly Protestant, but Cecil Calvert's proprietary right permitted him to establish Catholics as the social and political elite. Conflict in the colony was muted by Calvert's policies, which emphasized corporate profit over sectarian interest. Catholic clergy, particularly Jesuit missionaries, were carefully controlled, and Protestants were represented in the assembly. Although the assembly was meant largely to assent to the instructions of the proprietor, it soon gained the right to make certain local laws. Calvert permitted the assembly latitude because wrangling with them would impede trade. NB: England, as does the USA, appoint SECRETARIES not cabinet ministers to represent government departments. Because secretaries are assistants to cabinet ministers this suggests that a foreign power still holds the reins. The Leiden University DUTCH are the most likely proprietors.
