Ivory Coast : REPUBLIC in western AFRICA on the Gulf of Guinea, bordered by GHANA to the east, Burkina Faso and Mali to the north, and Guinea and LIBERIA to the west. Also known as the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire (French for Ivory Coast). Its acting capital and largest city is Abidjan. Of course, French missionary contact in Ivory Coast began as early as 1637. French direct control of the area began after WORLD WAR II and lasted until 1960, when the Ivory Coast was allowed to declare itself independent.

The vertical red bar on the IC/CI flag symbolizes the presence of Asian Roma, while the white bar marks the presence of Caucasians. The green bar marks a point of departure from Africa into the rest of the world.

IC/CI was central to the exportation of African slaves to America.

Some people consider it poor STYLE, or even incorrect style, to split an infinitive. The withholding of recognition is a way for one government to show its disapproval of another.

Al-Zawahiri is a physician and the founder of the Egyptian Islamic Jihad. This organization opposes the secular Egyptian Government and seeks its overthrow through violent means. Al-Zawahiri is believed to now serve as an advisor and doctor to Usama Bin Laden and is currently thought to be in Afghanistan/Pakistan.

Ayman Al-Zawahiri has been indicted for his alleged role in the August 7, 1998, bombings of the United States Embassies in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and Nairobi, Kenya.

AY was the Middle Kingdom backroom vizier who, as father-in-LAW, was #2 at AKHNATON'S court. (See LAW-WAL, as in WALL Street and Wal*Mart)

When TUTANKHAMEN, Akhnaton's son and heir "died" suddenly at the age of 18, AY, the uncle, quickly married his widow and thereby became Pharaoh. Following the marriage ceremony his wife was never
seen again.

IRAQ : THE WAR TO DATE

In the short term the "War to liberate the Peoples of Iraq" has succeeded in liberating both the Kurds and Si'ites (Peoples of the SI), reportedly from the grip of the Sunni, and has brought $200 billion borrowed by American taxpayers into the country, also reportedly, to renovate a delapidated infrastructure.

In the long run The Iraq War has reinforced the introduction of western Democracy and its Trojan Horse/Talking Mule so-called "FREE PRESS" into the equation, a style of journalism that veils the tollgating actions of multi-faceted tax collectors (western democracy is a superior political enslavement tactic that succeeds by means of its surreptitious and hypocritical control over truth-seeking). This is a major political change for the region, one that was first brought recently into Afghanistan.

#2 is #1.

The search for WMD (weapons of mass destruction), the original premiss for The War, was hampered from the start by a claim of SANCTUARY that kept the most likely WMD storage sites off-limits (bunkers beneath
Madrasah controlled Mosques).

The main beneficiaries of The War to date are the Persian "REDMEN" (Media-Medes) of Iran. By financing the gruesome insurection in Iraq they have purchased PROTECTION for Iran (tollgating "Peoples of the SI"
pirates) which is reflected in the off-handed way they now deal with the orchestrated and choreographed international calls for "limits" to be placed on their nuclear program.

Our only hope is that Donald Rumsfeld is playing American CHESS and not British CHECKERS.

Djibouti (Formerly Afars and Issas) : A country of eastern Africa on the Gulf of Aden. Djibouti is a tiny, impoverished republic just north of the Horn of Africa on the strait of Bab el-Mandeb. It is bordered by Ethiopia, Somalia, and the newly independent nation of Eritrea. The population is roughly divided between two groups: the Afars of the north and the
Somali-speaking Issas of the south.

Djibouti is the capital and only urban center of the Republic of Djibouti. It is located on the Gulf of Tadjoura, just south of Bab el-Mandeb, the entrance to the Red Sea. This strategically located port was founded by the French in 1888. It is the terminus of the Djibouti-Ethiopian Railroad (completed 1917), which has become a main transit route for Ethiopian
imports and exports. The city's port facilities were expanded in 1998, when a border conflict between Ethiopia and Eritrea caused Eritrea to ship its goods via Djibouti. In 2000, when the port was processing about 80% of Ethiopia's exports, the national government signed an agreement with the port authority of the emirate of Dubai to manage the city's port facilities for the next 20 years.

(HINDO-IRAN) PERSIA WAS ONCE KNOWN AS MEDIA (Owl Story)

MEDIA was the home of the seed (si) peoples named Medes.

They had evolved and changed their name often.

Mattani, Manada, Hittite and Chaldian-Chaldean are just some of the names these peoples of the holy see had used in ancient times.

Yet, the name that interests me most is MANADA.

Please note the close resemblence of Manada to the name CANADA.

And, l'est ye forget 9/11 and Waco, one of the Dravidian Romany languages, along with Tamil (Amis/Friends), Telugu (Gula-Venus) and Malayalam (Himalayan) of the Roma (Gypsies), the TRAVELLERS who
immigrated to India and Sri Lanka from Antarctica following the last Ice Age, was styled Kannada.

Also of interest is The Canadian River, 1,459 km (905 mi) long, that rises in northern New Mexico, flows east through Texas, and crosses Oklahoma to enter the Arkansas River. Its chief tributary is the North Canadian River. Dams have created Conchas Reservoir (New Mexico) and Eufaula Reservoir (Oklahoma), which are used for irrigation, flood control, and electric
power.

As well, Oklahoma City is the capital and largest city of Oklahoma. See the 1995 bombing of the Alfred P. Murraugh Federal Building. Situated in the central part of the state on the North Canadian River, Oklahoma City is the seat of Oklahoma County. OK.

SY-STEM CELL'S LOWEST DUAL COMMON DENOMINATOR

The term Sea Peoples (Si;Sy;C;Ci) designates a number of primarily Indo-European ROMA (formerly from the Kemp coast, on Antarctica) that were reportedly displaced during the late 13th century BC from their
island homes in and around the Aegean Sea (AC) under pressure from northern Viking invaders. These best known NATSIS to history are the Philistines, who eventually possessed the Gaza Strip of Palestine.

The Sea Peoples raided eastward by land and sea, sacking Troy, toppling Hittites (Chaldaean Hatti), devastating Syro-Palestine, even--reportedly
unsuccessfully--attacking the Nile Delta. They provide a link between the Homeric world and that known from late Egyptian records and early biblical semitic narratives.

-The penetration (13th century AD) of Islam into northern India introduced the constraints of moslem Sharia and, at least for aristocratic women, purdah, seclusion from public observation.

-In European folk legend, the wandering Jew is a figure doomed to live until the Second Coming as punishment for having derided Jesus on his way to Calvary. The image of an aged, restless ascetic atoning through piety for his single rash act arose as early as the 13th century in both England and Italy. With its evocative overtones of the biblical story of
Cain, the legend pervaded medieval Europe and has survived in The Flying Dutchman and other Gypsy folklore to modern times.

-In the 12th and 13th centuries UKRAINE's Kievan Rus' was in decline as a result of shifting trade routes, nomadic incursions from the steppe, and separatist tendencies among its various principalities. The final blow to Kiev was another Mongol invasion in the mid-13th century.

The Mongols of north China were formed into a powerful military confederation under the leadership of Genghis Khan about 1200. They conquered China and the Asian steppes between north China and Transoxiania and by the middle of the 13th century had invaded and
conquered the Seljuk-Abbasid Middle East. The Mongols brought substantial devastation; worse still, they also introduced Christian and Buddhist elements from Central Asia and established trade and cultural
relations between the Middle East and China.

-Common law (LAW = WAL as in Wall Street and Wal*Mart) developed in England after the introduction of feudalism following the Norman Conquest "13" (1066). At the head of the system of courts was the king's
court, curia regis, founded at Westminster by William I. Originally an advisory body of the barons, it developed Media controlled administrative legislative and judicial functions. From these emerged Parliament
and the royal court system. (3-1)

The king's court had become three courts by the 13th century: Common Pleas, King's Bench, and the Exchequer. During the 12th and 13th centuries, the justices issued literally scores of new writs to settle issues before the court. A plaintiff at one of the local assize courts could present to an itinerant justice his plaint or grievance as a "bill in General Eyre." If successful, he could obtain a trial of his case.

-Archaeological investigations reveal that in Spis region of the eastern Slovakia the castle hill was fortified in early Celtic times. The earliest extant ruins--the walls and rampart of successive castles and monastic buildings--date to the 13th and 14th centuries. The basilica was begun in 1245 and completed in 1273. Fortifications protecting the ecclesiastical complex were built during the 17th century.

-The USA was incorporated in 1776, while for Canada it was 1867.

-The 13th Amendment (1865) to the U.S. Constitution states that "neither slavery nor involuntary servitude" shall exist in the United States and gives
Congress the power to enforce this article by legislation. Although this amendment had been preceded by a federal restriction on the importation of slaves in 1808, by the Emancipation Proclamation of 1863, and
by legislative bans against slavery in many of the states prior to 1865, the 13th Amendment was the first unconditional constitutional action to terminate the institution of slavery and the first of the amendments to protect the equal status of black people (others are the 14th, 15th, and 24th amendments).

The 13th Amendment has been interpreted by the Supreme Court to include prohibition of public or private racial discrimination in the disposal of property, in making and enforcing contracts, and in private employment.

Although specifically directed against slavery, the ban against involuntary servitude ("except as a punishment for crime") has been viewed by the U.S. federal courts as applicable to other conditions of forced labor.

The Civil Rights Cases were five cases decided by the Supreme Court in a single decision in 1883, involving the Civil Rights Act of 1875. In that act, Congress had made it a misdemeanor to discriminate against any person in public conveyances, amusement places, and inns. Congress was seeking to implement the provisions of the 13th and 14th amendments to the Constitution, which extended equal rights to all persons born or naturalized in the United States, including blacks, immigrants and former slaves.

-The U.S. Space Shuttle is a reusable spacecraft designed to be launched into orbit by rockets and then to return to the Earth's surface by gliding down and landing on a runway. The 13th mission took place on
Oct. 5-13, 1984, in Challenger, with commander Robert Crippen and a crew of six. Sally Ride overcame mechanical problems in launching the Earth Radiation Budget Satellite.

ERBS was a pioneering Earth radiation budget satellite mission within NASA's ERBE (Earth Radiation Budget Experiment) Research Program - a three-satellite mission, designed to investigate how energy from the sun is absorbed and re-emitted by the Earth. The ERBE payload, three identical sets of two instruments each, represent a new generation radiometer of NASA/LaRC.

Objective: Measurement of reflected and emitted energy at various spatial levels (this process of absorption and re-radiation is one of the principal drivers of the Earth's weather patterns). The observations provided useful data for studies of geographical- seasonal variations of the Earth's radiation budget. In fact, the data of ERBS/ERBE were compared and combined with those ERBE data collected on the NOAA-9 and -10 spacecraft.
