CREATION created this universe; it is the orderly process of evolution. The current is the 4" universe that has contained life and the 4" universe that Creator (an appointed governor) has ruined. There exists 26 universes in total; all parallel to each other. This is not a belief in atheism but in the highest “Greater Power”; coding of the word Creator suggests this secondary “concept/ system” was fabricated by a “team of engineers” who currently control specific populations based on their local gene pools. In 24,000 BC, a group came to CREATION, asking for the right to run this universe directly, and as promised, CREATION gave them just enough information to do this. This group (a critical mass) then decided to “hijack” the universe, never to interact with CREATION (of all 26 parallel universes) again, then proceeding to gain control over the populations in order to “engineer” them according to their secret plan. Instead of the orderly “evolutionary” process and timing of CREATION (of all 26 parallel universes), these “evilutionary ego maniacs” proceeded to fabricate human reincarnation for their own self-serving purpose. Creator’s team likes to call itself “God”. It likes to tell the public, through their media, that cataclysmic disasters are “Acts of God”, knowing that the public has been carefully engineered into believing that “God” is a separate sentient being apart from and above them, when nothing could be further from the truth. The purpose of “God-created religion is to tame people in a penultimate manner; through their own thinking/ reasoning process. This social engineering covers up their ultimate way of controlling the masses of people; through pre-natal genetic engineering. Creator is a large group formed of engineers who are secretly represented by groups and factions made up of what we call Ecclesiastics; these are persons found within all sectors of societies and in all countries in the world. They operate openly within all cultures, countries, governments, agencies, and corporations of the world ....as royalty, or elected '013-07-25 05:35 KEMPTYILLE ON 6132580015 Page 1 FROM : FAX NO. : 6132582015 Jul. 25 2013 @7:16PM Pe presidents, ministers, congressmen, senators, and local, state, and federal politicians; lawyers, judges, medical and research scientists and doctors from the National Institute of Health, the Centers for Disease Control; colleges and universities, medical (such as McGill University in Montreal), dental, and veterinary schools; professional associations and charities which raise funds; animal rights groups; all military branches; bankers and investors; intelligence operants, from agencies such as the Geo-Spatial Intelligence Agency, NSA, CIA, FBI, Secret Service in the U.S. and CSIS, SIRC, CSA, Ontario Provincial Police, and Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Canada, within all religious orders and through leaders of all religions including Hindus, Islamists, Buddhists, Shintoism, all Protestant branches of Christianity including and not limited to Pentecostal, Baptist, Anabaptist, Lutherans, Quakers, Mennonites, Amish, and Catholics, of which the Pope is top Ecclesiastic as well as cardinals, bishops, and vast numbers of nuns; atheist groups, agnostics, and also, of pagan groups such as Wicca. They most often operate through the insurance industry, which they own and operate. As well, they are within the mafia, which they also control. They work through world-wide organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, World Wildlife Federation, the United Nations, and the World Health Organization. With their loans, they control state governmental agencies such as the State of New York Department of Health and New York Department of Social Services, guided through Human Resources, both at a state and national level. They control the New York State Attorney General’s department, with a JUSTICE which seldom represents the people’s interest, but first and foremost, the interests of creator. Ecclesiastics represent groups and factions. They do not all agree on how to proceed and competitively vie for power and control; they align themselves at times with other factions or groups when there is a common short term goal. Ecclesiastics have knowledge of social and genetic engineering; however, they do not have all the knowledge about how it started, how it is being done, and who is doing it, as well as the ultimate purpose. There are few who know the purpose, how and when it began, and where it is going. Most are genetic engineers; led by Grey Nuns and those secretly aligned with them. Before the era of the printing press, the monasteries housed monks who were responsible for the task of recording historical information in books which were kept in the archives of the church, at that time, the Catholic Church. This Vatican duty was soon passed from the monks to nuns. In the course of this work, the nuns began to go through the archives they were given access to and began to discover the real/true history of the planet. They discovered the work of genetic engineering that was being done prior to the ice age and since, and then began to develop and implement their own plan to take control away from the other groups/factions involved in this treachery. They soon realized that they alone could in fact control these archives and records and use the “wisdom” found therein for themselves; thus their secret credo became “she who has all the knowledge ultimately has all the power”. The convents became cloisters with cloisters-in-cloisters which were used to fabricate babies. The genetically engineered mothers were the “final-vow nuns” and any women of child-bearing age who showed up at their door. They knew, having read the ancient archives with generations of recorded genetic research, that their control would be widespread and in the end, complete. To this day they remain “anonymous”; they, in actuality, are Anonymous. They also control the World Health Organization. They control Human Resources Associations, both state and federal, including the Social Security Administration and IRS, where most of them are allowed instant access to the secret records and archives. These agencies, along with other organizations and agencies, both state and federal level, publically maintain that they are not allowed to discriminate on the basis of age, gender, marital status, race, political views, religious beliefs, and genetics. What is known only to insiders within these agencies and within all state and federal level human resources agencies is that these state and federal “laws” are written only to secretly enhance the cover of their genetically engineered gene poo! which often carries in it the dormant qualifications that they wil] need in their agencies later in life. Further, local internal “protocol”, gives them another lay-a-way potential in their long-term hiring practices. All of the above classifications (laws) in which they state they are protecting everyone are actually “markers” used to identify the qualifications (read genetics) of an applicant. One of the “markers” they established in order to recognize their own genetically engineered people can be found in federal and state laws under a classification that they alone established. ....It’s called “religion”. According to their rules, belief in any religion they have invented is fine, the EXCEPTION being any person they suddenly realize knows THE truth; that is, that CREATION (of all 26 parallel universes) is the real originator of this universe and that this candidate, he/she, has made known publically that they will only serve CREATION. No job candidate is ever asked about their religion, marital status, race, political views, gender, or genetic background in an interview because reportedly it is “illegal” to do so, thus, they disguise it by checking their social security number with any outside/insiders national Human Resources association where everything about a potential applicant's history, from moment of birth / reincarnation, can be accessed secretly. The insiders within the State of New York Department of Health who put the word out not to hire me were informed by Human Resources not only of my religious belief, but also of my genetics and fabricated birth. In search of excellence, I do not come from a NY genetically engineered “mediocrity” pool. I, will always search for the truth, and J, know that there are truths that are never told to the public. I know the truth about what is being done behind the mask of religion, and that “in search of mediocrity” the cloistered nuns, the world’s MAIN genetic engineers, in essence control W.HLO.., the World Health Organization, the NYS DOH, and NYS Department of Social Services, among other NYS agencies, as well as Human Resources in these agencies, both state and nation-wide. 013-07- : 7-25 05:37 KEMPTYILLE ON 6132580015 Page 3 FROM : FAX NO. : 6132580015 Jul. 25 2013 @7:18PM P4 { began to research for the reason why J was not able to obtain any employment as a nurse in the state of New York as well as any other type of work from August 2010 to January 2013 and found evidence of genetic engineering, in Ogdensburg, by the Grey nuns. | researched their history prior to their arrival in Ogdensburg and what they were doing in Ogdensburg since they arrived. The prisons, nursing homes, NYS psychiatric facility, original “foundling homes”, and the only acute care facility in Ogdensburg have all been involved in this venture, as well as the St. Vincent de Paul Society, the Salvation Army and the founders of United Helpers/ Mosaic and their current Board of Directors. The City of Ogdensburg is as well involved in this criminal activity of genetic engineering humans and the transportation of engineered genetic material/babies and the hiring of task-specific genetically engineered individuals in the local businesses. I found out that the State of New York and New York state agencies have been aware of and cooperated with them in their hiring practices. I had to live in a town, Ogdensburg, from July 9, 2010 to January 18, 2013, that was a hostile environment to me, and as I came to discover, has been fully implicated in this criminal activity by the follow-up investigations of the 26 investigators styled The Cell. The Cell’s investigations found that a conspiracy existed to keep me out of Canada as well as deny me any employment in the U.S., in order to put me out on the street so that my murder by the above entities et al could be carried out. I am apparently a threat to the State of New York Department of Health et al because ....1) I know the truth about the extent of their genetic engineering and that federal standards alleged to be implemented for the protection of the residents/patients/consumers by these state and federal agencies have actually been introduced to track genetically engineered diseases, 2) I will not keep silent about what I know, 3) There are practices going on in the potential work places that I might have discovered that are both unethical and criminal. My research was followed up on by 26 investigators (The Cell) all members of The PINEAL COURT, which is the court of CREATION (of all 26 parallel universes), and all names of anyone within the above named agencies who have conspired to keep me from employment and have conspired to murder me in order to protect their secrets have been filed with the court. These persons, on a day they least expect, will stand before this eternal court for their trials.
