Lieutenant Lacasse suggested that I retrieve our Institute’s vehicle, which was stolen from us earlier by the Aylmer Police. Lacasse stated that if we had not yet obtained a new registration plate that we would have to tow the vehicle away, as it is not legal to drive it on public streets, he said, until it has its proper registration. Also, that we would be obliged to pay for towing and the daily storage fee charged against our vehicle, the total would amount to about $150.00.
